Meconopsis (Himalayan blue poppy):

I heard that alpinists calls this flower as "a celestial fairy".
I think there are not many blue flowers in this world.
Even a flower's color is blue first, it easily turns into purple or pink along with more amount of sunlight, so it's not easy to meet really-blue fowers, and neither is growing them.

This is one of the alpine plants - I feel how cute and lovely flower it is, since the flower blooms with similar to the color of sky in the place closer to the sky!

I want to to meet the celestial fairy someday!

メコノプシス（ヒマラヤの青いケシ） :

登山家に「天上の妖精」と呼ばれる幻の青いケシ。
青い花ってこの世にあまり多くないような気がする。
日光の量で紫系やピンク系にすぐになってしまうので、本当に青い色の花に出会うのは難しいし、栽培も簡単ではないらしい。

高山植物らしいので、空に近いところで空に似たような色の花を咲かせるなんて、なんて愛くるしい花なのだろうと思う。

「天上の妖精」にいつか会いたい!
